What are your rates?
Our rates vary based on vehicle size, location, etc. Please call into our office at 907-562-2751 , and speak to one of our team members for rates and availability for your vehicle.
How far are you from the airport? Do you provide a shuttle?
We unfortunately do not have a shuttle available at this time. However, Uber, Lyft, and Alaska Yellow cab are usually nearby for a quick ride to the airport. We are located 3.1 miles down the road from Ted Stevens International Airport which is about a 6 minute drive depending on traffic.
What holidays are you closed on?

Depending on what day of the week the holiday lands, we may occasionally take an additional day off. All customers are given ample notice via email for any business closures.
Am I able to pick up my vehicle afterhours?
Yes! Your vehicle would be moved to customer parking before close of business to make it accessible to you afterhours.
How do I pick up my vehicle if I only have one key?
If you only have one key to your vehicle, it would need to be given to us at the time of storage. Since we are valet style we aren't able to start the vehicle without it. Additionally, we do not lock or hide keys on any vehicles waiting for pick up, so while it's not impossible to pick up, it can hinder your ability to access your vehicle afterhours. All keys must be picked up in our office by yourself, or someone you have authorized on your account.
How does the valet style storage work?
We do our best to make drop off and pick up as easy as possible. After you initially open your account you can drop off at any time, even after our business hours.
All storage customers park in the lot on the east side of the building(facing the intersection). Leave your vehicle locked, and we take care of the rest!
When you need to pick up your vehicle, we ask you to call into our office during business hours and tell one of our employees the date & time you are going to be here for pick up. We will park the vehicle on the East side lot where you initially dropped off so that you have easy access when picking up.
What happens if my vehicle won't start when I come to pick it up?
We require prompt notice for all vehicle pick up requests because we always want to make sure it starts and runs for you on arrival. When you come in to pick up you know the vehicle has been started and ran. If the battery is low on charge we will charge it up for you prior to pick up.

With this being said! Vehicles can sometimes have mechanical issues, or a bad battery at some point. If for some reason your vehicle will not start on pick up please pop into our office and one of our employees will come assist you. If it's afterhours, we recommend calling Vulcan towing, or Alaska yellow cab to come give you a hand.

Can I get work done to my vehicle while it's in storage?
Of course! Agen's Automotive is located in the same building as our facility and can handle any mechanical service you may be needing. Additionally, if you have your own preferred shop, we can make your vehicle available for another business to pick up.
